1. Data Collection & Usage

Guise collects and stores user-created workflows to enable automation. This includes:

• Recorded user interactions (clicks, keystrokes, scrolls) as part of workflows.
• Web page elements (such as form inputs or buttons clicked) that are relevant to executing a workflow.
• Screenshots (if enabled by the user) to track workflow progress.

This data is only stored within our database to allow users to access and manage their workflows across sessions.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

Guise does not collect:

• Web browsing history beyond the recorded workflow.
• Personally identifiable information (PII) unless explicitly recorded by the user within a workflow.
• Any data unrelated to executing saved workflows.

3. Data Storage & Security

• Workflows are stored securely and linked to the user’s account.
• Users can delete their workflows at any time.
• No data is shared with third parties.
